Dinner Is On The Stove

- Pablo

We went to visit a family today. They were not there when we arrived. I looked in the window and saw dinner on the stove. This is an adobe oven with light streaming through the gaps between the walls and thre roof of the house. I thought it was a nice picture.

Hey, Thad -
Your picture immediately took me back to Isabel's "stove" in her mud hut and the delicious cakes she baked for us while we worked on getting them a better roof over their heads. God bless these humble, loving people - and God bless you and all the others who were able to give of their time, energy, and love to help these precious souls.

Tina, I had the same thought! Made me be able to taste the delicious frosting she made (that Nadine devoured the extras of ha ha!!) I´ve been taught this trip how to make it, but I´ve yet to try it by myself. I don´t think I can do it as well.
I wish we could see Isabel, but I am confident that all that you have shared with her over the years and with her children is in her mind and we pray guiding her days! We appreciate the impact you and your family have made in Trujillo as well!
