My heart is filled with Joy from the Lord

In addition to all the many directions on projects we went today, we also divided up and worshipped with 3 different congregations.

My family worshipped with the congregation at Limonal. We were, as always, was asked to lead some songs in English as well.  'Pablo' and I happened to have their youth group song sheets with us which includes a lot of songs in English and Spanish.  So he and Kevin used that to lead songs so we could all sing in our own language, but together. It was beautiful.  Just before the sermon 'Pablo'  lead "I love you with the Love of the Lord"  and switched to Spanish for the 3 time through and the praise lifted up in that building gave us all chills I think.  It was amazing!!

We had some share some wonderful experiences tonight at our time together as a team after dinner and worship.
Barbara and Jennifer both talked and shared about their experiences out distributing food to the families served by Little Hands Big Hearts and how amazing of an experience that was for them.

Beth Ann spoke of how amazing it was to get to hold a precious little baby tonight at church and snuggle with her and just enjoy spending time with the people.

It was great to hear the experiences so many have had all over Trujillo!!

So far no one is sick just so you know. We are all trucking along and doing great!!

Well, all but our fearless amazing leader, Emilson....the Honduran administrator at the school.  He's not feeling well at all.  So please if you will be in prayer for him!!

We thank you for your prayers and love the comments.  If anyone from Kansas, Louisiana, etc are reading....please please we (And your loved ones) welcome you comments!!
We all love reading them all so we thank you for them.  It's a such fun to share with everyone the messages of encouragement.  From those they know and those they don't....so Washington folks, etc....
You know how we love comments and getting messages.  It's fun for all at night to listen to them!

Morning All; Can you believe it's July already?! Any celebrations planned for the 4th there? Hopefully on a Sunday morning when you all return we can share in the excitement of a stand up from Pablo to update us on all your works there....one of your famous slides on the big screen of all your works would be great to see too! Great job Pablo on your spanish vocab! Thanks for all the updates and keep 'em coming as you have time!

We appreciate so much your updates and all the efforts of those involved in this blessed work. Please tell Annina & Aaron that Nancy is starting to show improvement recovering from her car wreck. We visited with her before church last night and her spirits are much better.

God bless all,

Hello again to Kansas and all. Just want to share a random thought I had that made me appreciate you all so much. Cindy J. and I went to a movie Tuesday (Letters to Juliet--we LOVED it) Anyway, at the theater there were hundreds, maybe 300-400 teenage girls, waiting in line for more than 8 hours to see Eclipse at midnight. It made me think about the sacrifice of time and the hard work you all are doing. So proud of you! Nothing wrong with being excited to see a movie, though--and when you get home, the lines shouldn't be so long! God's blessings on you all!

Jeremy and Jennifer, Hi this is mom in Atlanta. The girls are wonderful! We had lots and lots of fun. Brittany and I took them to the pool, we fed the ducks and read lots of books. Michael picked them up this morning. They were all smiles and they are with Richard and Gail right now. Also, fyi- my tests came back good! It sounds like you are busy and I know you are doing lots of God's work. Love, Mom

Hello Kansas Citians... I write this from my hotel room as I am on a business trip...I'm sitting in a hotel with every amenity you could think of and am still envious of being there with you. The fulfillment and joy that comes from helping others without expectation of payback is priceless...thank you Bruce and Julie for leading the Kansas City group and providing this opportunity for Beth Ann and Sara. We are praying for you and look forward to your return.

Oh yeah - Watch out for Velociraptors there, since they filmed some of Jurassic Park there and a few of them got away and they were never found :) JK -I saw that eye roll Beth Ann and Sara...

Love you all,

David Brock
